Important Notice Regarding Shipments to the U.S.

Dear Customer,

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs tariff policies, including the termination of the de minimis exception, we are currently facing delays and uncertainties with shipments sent during the month of August. As of today, we cannot confirm whether your package has cleared customs and will be delivered.

We have received information that some packages may be returned to our office, but at this time we do not know which ones or how many will be affected. We kindly ask for your patience, as this extraordinary situation requires additional time beyond the normal delivery process to determine whether your package will be delivered or, alternatively, if a refund will be issued.

We sincerely regret that we are no longer able to serve you with the shipment of medications to the U.S. If your package is returned to our office, your refund will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks (Sept 26th-Oct 10th)

We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter, which is beyond our control, and we thank you once again for your patience and trust.
